Every year
in October when the nights get longer and darker again Linnanmäki turns into a wonderland
of lights.
The end of
the season is always celebrated with the Carnival of Lights at Linnanmäki. For a
short time the whole park will be illuminated in the most amazing colors for
several evenings. Tomorrow is the first day of the Carnival. Till the 21st
not only the lights but also circus artists, fire acrobats, street musicians,
ghosts, clowns and pumpkin people as well as famous bands, singers and dancers
will amaze the audience. And of course also most of Linnanmäki’s rides will be
open to the visitors.
The magic
begins as soon as the sun goes down at 17.00. On the last day the Carnival will
